International Peace Day

Dear Parents/Guardians:

Tomorrow we will be observing International Peace Day, which is Sunday, September 21^st.  Please have your children wear clothes and accessories that denote peace, such as white clothes, flowers in their hair, hippie style of dress, etc.  We will be having face painting during the day where each child will have a peace symbol painted on their faces.  We are expecting the Media to be there as well to film the event.

We will be releasing biodegradable balloons in the afternoon and each student here has worked on a peace gift that they will exchange with the Middle school students. 

All parents are invited to attend and Monticello will be at the Main campus about 1:45- 2 pm until 3 pm.  Come dressed up and ready to show San Antonio and the World that we all need Peace! 

Additionally, please have your child bring 2-5$ for buying shaved ice and other treats from Big Daddy’s food truck.
